With a few weeks to go before IM Austria it was time to get the BMC back on the trainer. Made the sitting / standing session an absolute pleasure. Almost forgot the pain!
Nice! I also think Di2 makes the gear shifting easier to manage.
How are you handling the new “endurance” style of rides with efforts? They can get pretty exhausting!
Interesting… I think I only had my bike with Di2 on the trainer once a very long time ago, so I can’t remember what it feels like. The bike I keep on the trainer has mechanical shifting and I do find that shifting gears, cadence and body positions outside with the Di2 is easier/faster/more on point, but I never attributed it to the type of shifting.
