How to stop email notifications from the forum

How do I stop getting email notifications every time someone posts? I can’t find it on the settings and my inbox is exploding!

Hi- you can make changes under Preferences in your profile (drop down menus):

Also- I see that you are not “watching” any categories- make sure these are blank:

Let me know if that does not work…
