Hi Team! I created a new short core and glutes activation routine to replace the Core I and II that have been on your schedules for a long time.
The purpose of this new routine is to serve as a 5 min “warm up” so that everyone can do it, every time (no excuses )! It is designed to activate the main muscles that support your cycling and help prevent injuries.
It is not designed to strengthen your core or glutes. I will leave that up to the strength and/or core strength programs/apps that so many of you follow.
