**New** Core and Glutes Activation Routine

Hi Team! I created a new short core and glutes activation routine to replace the Core I and II that have been on your schedules for a long time.

The purpose of this new routine is to serve as a 5 min “warm up” so that everyone can do it, every time (no excuses :wink: :wink: :wink:)! It is designed to activate the main muscles that support your cycling and help prevent injuries.

It is not designed to strengthen your core or glutes. I will leave that up to the strength and/or core strength programs/apps that so many of you follow.
