Plan around Zwift Academy

You have to do the official group rides or segments. I think there’s a bug in the companion app. If I “reset” my filters, the ZA rides magically show up.

Go to Events and open up the filters. You will see a button for women’s ZA and all the events show up.

I’ve made a command decision and moved 10.20 training back one week to give myself one week to do two ZA workouts and finish the d@#$ thing faster. This is probably the last year I’m doing this ZA. I’m spending my ride time doing suboptimal workouts and missing the good ones.

Too much stuff going on next week anyways…Zoom recruiting events for my NP program after busy office.(I’m the co-progam director) …Husband having surgery Thursday…blah…blah…blah. I’d would’ve passed on the ZA league next week if it was anything longer than a lap around Richmond UCI. Good chance to practice getting out out the gate haround ride hard for half an hour.

I agree that the ZA workouts this year have been subpar. The first few were obvious tests where they are clearly focusing on the talent search. The next four are supposed to be examples of ways to train and build different power zones, but I admit I haven’t gotten there yet. I also don’t get any sense of build from them. I had similar thoughts last year but I was hoping the balance would tip back the other way this year.
