Recovery Q&A / Zoom for Members and WCC Participants

Thanks for the recording, I also find juggling the recovery a little difficult. I have a nerve/ regional pain problem in my arm, hand and left side of my face. I am gradually increasing the exercise but when I do a long ride, chances are the next day I will be in pain. Ie left eye swollen a, left side of face tingling and sore and arm. Then I need to rest that day and sometimes the next. I am not complaining, just trying to juggle the workouts, increasing the length of long rides and still getting recovery in.
Do you have any suggestions for recovery days when this happens or increasing endurance for a event, whilst still being able to get to work etc.

Also, I will have a look at the nerve and shield, not sure if available in Australia.
