I like science in sport gels too. Whats nice is you don’t need to drink additional water like other gels.

If you haven’t used before, I will warn you they have a different consistency- I call it pre chewed jello. It is not like frosting or thick like others. Once you know that the consistency is different, they have great flavor and easily digestible.
