Sleep and how it influences our food choices

We have a wool mattress pad but a down comforter. I may try the wool comforter because ours still makes me sweaty!

I love bamboo sheets for sleeping cool in warm weather. The only downfall is that you need sheet suspenders because they are slippery and will come off of the mattress really easily.

Your story is sooo similar to mine except I never went and got the CPAP machine :flushed: I’m glad you shared… I’ll have to look into the machine :+1:

Thanks for sharing @Stefanie ! I would increase from 6 to 10hs before bedtime for coffee, unless the person has the gene that metabolizes it faster.
