Oh my goodness- session 1 of week three today! I found it the hardest out of all of them. The last 6 mins ouch!!! I struggle to find the right watts and cadence on IRL hills. I find if I spin too much I lose power but ‘everyone’ tells me to spin more so hopefully this training is exactly what I need.
