Hydration and nutrition for workouts - and some food ideas

I like the Honey Stingers too and they are so thin, they occupy very little space in the jersey pocket. Interesting fact about gluten-free stuff… don’t let my DH read this, but he says he can’t eat/tolerate gluten, but he eats a bunch of stuff that is not GF and nothing happens. Not sure he even knows it’s not GF- I am pretty sure he doesn’t for a lot of them. It’s got to be something else that is used in breads, pasta, etc. but not on oats, oatmeal, tortilla, and bars for example.

Also, I wanted to mention that I have now used the newly launched Skratch liquid nutrition on two long rides (3+ hs) and absolutely love it. It is light on the stomach (no bloating, no gas), the taste is mild and I felt very energized. I like it much better than CarboPro.
