Mine imports direct from Apple Health and apple health imports it from Strava

I’m on google but I have to ‘save’ it in Strava on my Android device then refresh google git and it crosses to Strava I still find it easier than entering manually into oura, only glitch you have to do it same day
I think I need the nyc version of OURA ring. It thinks my walks in the park and to the grocery store and back are workouts! Last night it suggested my cleaning was a workout. Made me chuckle.
I actually at times feel like I’m competing with it. I wake up at night and think “I need to sleep to get a good score in the morning”! 
Heads up on apple health imports!! It looks like they change the integration with Strava this week. It was posted on the Zwift ladies FB. Apple confirmed they will only import workouts and data from Strava if it is recorded on Strava directly. If it’s pushed (like Zwift or Oura) to Strava, they will no longer import it to apple health. Ugh! They expect direct integration. Not helpful!
That explains the irritation I’ve had the last few days. Ugh. How annoying. Thanks for the info.

There’s got to be a hack or work around ??? Not sure I have time to go down that rabbit hole 
but if I do I’ll post. It’s year end March Madness and I am 
. Which always really just means I’m looking for anything to distract me and procrastinate

Oura rolled out their HR tracker for workouts. You can’t connect it to any other devices, so the information is self-contained in the ring.
You have to hit the record button correct? Or are you saying I can pair it with a HR monitor?
You cannot connect it with any other devices (the Oura became a HR monitor with the new feature that was rolled out in an update), and yes, you need to hit record.
