It isn’t GF though. Are you GF? I can’t remember. If you are, we’ve tried using oats for pancakes before and they really don’t hold together at all. So maybe try oat flour or spelt? Or buckwheat flour. He’s made buckwheat pancakes too and they are great (so good with dried cranberries and walnuts!).
