@Stefanie this is the recipe for the sunflower dipping sauce. I used flax seeds as I didn’t have sesame seeds. I think it needs a little something if you are using it as a dip but on a burger it’s very nice.

Today’s lunch. I’m in a very blue mood. I was hungry.

Tofu sandwich on gf bread with sunflower seed spread, jalapeños, pea shoots. Kale salad with momo dressing, blueberries and Klamath olives. And some water with mint and stevia leaves in It.

@Stefanie I made your recipe but added a few things. The beans were a crazy price at the super market so I went with broccoli and some tofu. And I only made half the chickpeas. Was yummy.

Lunch at 1:15pm. Tofu taco meat, sweet potato and a kale salad with olives, blueberries and momo dressing.

Ok yes :pizza: again have you not all figured out by now I am a creature of habit?! :sweat_smile:
But wait… there is something different…I made the Seitan for the pizza myself! Thanks to @Stefanie!! So i present tonight’s seitan, mozzarella, basil pizza !!

Ok- so I’ve remained radio silent on this post- just looking and reading- I have to say my eating habits are not anything like this- I eat like crap!! Last night meal -smothered burritos!! I need to change my habits but am weak when it comes to food! I am glad this post was created - I’m formulating ideas and hoping to make small changes each week.

It was the usual Saturday morning oatmeal before my workout and ride this morning and afterwards for an early recovery lunch I had a barbecued tofu sandwich on homemade whole wheat bread with a little dijon mustard and kale fresh picked from the garden. On the side was a pan cooked potato (also from the garden) seasoned with black pepper.

@mpatton i was feeling good about my eating habits (mostly) until i saw @Stefanie’s Sat post - i am going to try @gosimrr’s black bean quinoa burger with fresh veggies tomorrow - just didnt have the umph to do it after the Petite Boulce today

I Made sushi bowls for dinner tonight. I would have taken a photo, but after the Rapha 100 ride today I was starving!!!

Today’s dinner after strength training: a mix of left overs- cabbage, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potatoes and chicken breast

So much yumminess in this thread! I really wished I could feast in lentils, legumes and beans. I can have a little but its just not very compatible with my sensitive guts.

Here is what I had for late supper before saturdays race. I ate a little more than the plate. A whole boil in bag of rice I had in totalt 125 g dry rice.
its white rice (safe for me) chicken, chutney and a mild sause.

Tonight’s post workout dinner, brown rice noodles in a vegetable miso broth. Tried to be mindful about portion size… but ended up going back for a little more :flushed:
