So many brussel sprout ideas! They should be in season soon and I can join the party. I love them oven roasted crispy with a splash of blasamic vinegar, garlic, and a sprinkle of salt when done. I’m living off zucchini, tomatoes, and bok choi right now since that’s what’s in season.
Post workout dinner. I ate 2/3 of it. Taqueria Pork Bowl with corn esquites and Clinatro

So this was my dinner last night - 2 pork sausages from the butcher (so high quality meat), celeriac mash and sauted mushrooms (I am obsessed with sauted mushrooms!) with some HP sauce (for the non-Brits, this is sort of a darker, spicier BBQ sauce).
Açaí with granola!!! I miss that so much- used to eat it every time I worked out when I lived in Brazil.
@Coach_Theia they have packets in Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Easy least and yummy. I just hate all the packaging.

Good call on the HP sauce @laura.brunnen. It’s always a point of contention in our house; on the rare occasion we indulge in a sausage sarnie I opt for HP but Hannah insists on ketchup and then takes it super weird by adding strawberry jam ![]()

Today we did a social ride with a friend I haven’t seen in over a year. Was starving when we returned home. Stopped for a quick snack.
My post workout protein fix. We received a bunch of eggs and tomatoes from friends last weekend so I made this for dinner last night but it fits the bill for post workout snack/lunch.
Eggs, cheese, tomatoes and some leftover ham makes a crust less quiche frittata thing. Winged it because I didn’t like any of the recipes I found. .
Açaí bowls are yummy. I only have one more packet. I don’t think there is enough protein but the workout wasn’t too hard so I think I’m good.
Used to like stuff like this ( when I ate eggs).

@PaleGail this is the recipe. I used a spice mix I had on hand instead of the Cajun spices. I also made 6 and frozen the ones I didn’t eat.
